報名資格
一、建議醫學、農業、公共衛生及生命科學等相關學系畢業生 (含應屆畢業生)。
二、英語標準：TOEFL iBT：61 分(含)以上；TOEIC：600 分(含)以上；IELTS：5.0 分(含)以上(持英語系國家之學士學位證書者免附)
三、役男可填寫申請書，最多在國外停留兩年。

- 一般考試：請按簡章規定日期前，將上述書面資料寄送至本學程(以郵戳為憑，不接受補件)。

注意事項

二、口試方式：國立臺灣大學、日本筑波大學及法國波爾多大學三校共同以英文視訊面試。
三、學程規定、評量方式及學位授予辦法。請點擊連結參考相關事項。
四、因學程特殊性且須同時配合日法二校入學規範，考生錄取後，須於當年度4月前繳交日本學期(第一學期)入學文件及辦理註冊手續，不符合者，則會被取消三校錄取資格。

- 招生政策：本學程以招收具備科學相關背景和合作精神之學生為主，學生要有很強的決心和創新熱誠，願意跨越國家與學術藩籬。因學程之特有定位、課程設計與學分修讀等規範及特色與可創造之機會，希望招收之學生具有優秀的學業、語言與溝通能力，並能在修業期間配合學程規劃至各國學習、修課和實習，並於修習與實習完成後，能果斷地處理有關全球性的健康、醫療、糧安和食安問題，貢獻社會和人類並造福未來。
- 常年招聘：共 15 名學生（每間大學各 5 位名額）
- 入學條件：僅開放台灣本地學生申請。透過招生相關政策評估申請者資格，包括申請文件、GLidD 評量的書面報告與小組討論與面試。此外，由於 GIP-TRIAD 為國際學程，具高度國際移動性，入學學生必須統一至日本(第一學期)、臺灣(第二學期)及法國(第三學期)修習所選擇之課程與實習，並完成三國所有課程並取得學分，且通過口試與繳交統整性主題式報告合格與相關程序後，方能獲得學位證書，所需相關費用及支出由學生本身負擔，另申請者也需具備相當的英語程度。

Admission Policy
In order to enroll students who are suitable for studying in the international joint degree program, GIP-TRIAD sets the admission policy as follows. The entrance examination is conducted according to this policy.
(1) Desirable Students
This program seeks students that, with a background in medical or agro-biological resources science and a cooperative spirit, are strongly determined to innovate and contribute to the future of society and mankind by overcoming national and academic boundaries to assertively tackle global-scale issues related to the fields of health and food.
(2) Selection Procedure
Applicants prepare required documents in English and submit them to any of the three universities. All universities jointly check if applicants are eligible for entering the program. The oral examination (group session and presentation) is conducted in English.
